I can only review the first 2 parts. THe installation was pretty easy but you must update your GPS software before doing the map update. One MAJOR point is that the instructions say you know the update has been successful when it ask you to enter your region.
THis never happened...
Incompatible!
Even though I purchased my Magellan from Amazon and then purchsed the Map Update Card from Amazon, I receive an "Incompatible" message when I insert the card. Returned for refund.

so yeah i bought a tomtom gps and i was updating the USA and Canada map and it got separated from the USB port and now won't display the map and i don't know what to do to like reset it or whatever...
